The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) will restrict commercial vehicle traffic on several highways ahead of an expected winter storm.
A winter storm warning is in effect for parts of Pennsylvania from Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. Snow and freezing rain are expected to begin Wednesday evening, leading to icy road conditions.
